Het appartement was zeer mooi en schoon. Dichtbij Dubai Marina promenade en een geweldige privé strand. Mooie infinity pool met een adembenemend uitzicht op de palm en Atlantis. Host was zeer aardig en behulpzaam. Inchecken verliep soepel. Probleempje met de Wifi werd op afstand super snel opgelost na een berichtje dat ik had gestuurd. Overal in het appartement was aan gedacht (voldoende toiletpapier, pods voor wasmachine en afwasmachine, flessen water en koffie bij aankomst etc). Één van de beste appartementen waar we zijn verbleven tijdens onze meerdere trips naar Dubai. Ik zou zeker terugkomen en het iedereen aanbevelen.

No words could describe our stay at the apartment! Andrea was such a wonderful host! from the moment we booked the apartment we got all the information we needed. he sent us impeccable descriptions of the location and its surroundings. all the passwords, getting around and amenities were included in his welcome pack. he was there to check us all in individually making sure he welcomed us to the apartment. he helped with the bags regardless of there being a bell boy, he was super funny and always responsive. we checked in late so he stocked the kitchen for us with basic groceries and kept checking on us from time to time. the apartment is situated in such a great location with a beautiful environment. very quiet with so much to do around. the sunset, lagoon, beach access, and everything on the description is exactly as is. this literally is a home away from home. it was my first and wont be my last stay here for sure.

Die Unterkunft liegt etwa 20–25 Gehminuten vom Burj Khalifa entfernt und bietet einen hervorragenden, direkten Blick auf den Turm sowie die beeindruckende abendliche Lichtershow – ein echtes Highlight. Der beheizte Pool im ersten Stock ist bis 21 Uhr frei zugänglich und lädt nach einem langen Tag zum Entspannen ein. Supermärkte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe und haben bis 23 Uhr geöffnet, was den Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel macht. Besonders schön ist auch der Kanal direkt vor dem Haus, der mit seinem Blick auf die Skyline der Innenstadt eine zusätzliche, besondere Atmosphäre schafft. Alles in allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt für alle, die zentral wohnen und dennoch eine bezahlbare Unterkunft mit tollem Ausblick suchen. würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

This apartment truly lives up to its pictures, offering breathtaking views that are a delight to wake up to. The apartment is spacious and had a well equipped kitchen. Having parking included was a fantastic added benefit that made our stay so much easier. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly throughout our visit, which we greatly appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place.

The apartment was very clean and had a wonderful view. The location is excellent—within walking distance to Dubai Mall, which made everything very convenient. Customer service was outstanding, with quick responses and a team that was always ready to help. I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this apartment.

Amazing apartment with the best view of the Burj Khalifa I’ve ever seen. The location is perfect, close to everything, and the view alone is worth it. Would absolutely stay here again.
